We accept payments through Paypal and also Stripe, which accept major credit and debit cards. 

Shipping
Our dispatch times are normally 2 working days after receiving your order. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Our prices for the UK are as follows:
£3.49 for Royal Mail Second Class tracked
£3.99 for Royal Mail First Class tracked
£6.99 for Fully Tracked and Insured courier, 2-3 business days.
£6.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery for all jewellery items over £40

Please note that bulky items such as Jackets will be sent using a tracked service.

In addition, the Royal Mail First and Second Class services are tracked AT the point of customer delivery and not at any points in between.

All goods are shipped within 2 working days of your completed order, hellishly busy times like Christmas may take a little longer. If you require the tracking number of your parcel please don’t hesitate to ask.

Returns
We offer a no-quibble money back guarantee so if there's something not right please contact us on 0333 050 7137 Monday to Friday, 9am -  5pm, or use the Contact Us form. We also offer a replacement service where we have the goods in stock, otherwise a refund will be offered.

Calls to our 0333 number cost the same as calls to landline numbers starting 01 and 02.
